日媒：麥德龍旗下萬得城年內上海開首店

據日媒報道，日前麥德龍旗下家電超市運營公司萬得城（Media－Market）正在緊鑼密鼓的進行其中國市場第一店上海店的開業前準備。

據悉，該位于上海市中心淮海中路527號的德系家電賣場，目前正在進行外立面及內部裝修施工，采購商談判工作也已進入簽約前準備階段。種種跡象表明，該店業已進入開業倒計時階段，不出意外的話，將于年內正式開業，與國美、蘇寧、永樂以及百思買展開上海會戰。

報道稱，在該位于上海黃金地段，國際品牌匯聚，時尚潮人聚集的繁華商圈，萬得城中國市場1號店所入駐的物業（上海錦江國際購物中心）外墻頂端，萬得城中英文標識顯得格外醒目。1層圍墻上紅底白字的墻體噴繪廣告則明確透露出FlagStoreOpeningSoon（旗艦店即將開業）以及店員招聘信息。

報道稱，2010年1月，萬得城正式對外宣布與臺灣電子業代工巨頭富士康成立合營公司，年內進軍中國市場。當初層計劃10月份開出中國區首店，但是由于開店許可及其他不明因素，不得不推遲開業時間。至于準確開業時間，來自德國總部的宣傳負責人接受該媒體采訪時表示：目前尚無可奉告。

報道稱，屆時，同樣選擇上海作為首站的萬得城，將與07年進入百思買之間，無可避免的展開一場激戰。此前，位居全球消費電子零售業第1、第2位的兩大巨頭，在土耳其首次交戰，中國市場則成為第2個海外戰場。

據日本某家電制造商負責人透露，在品牌店中店聚集的Radio會館（日本東京秋葉原著名賣場）式家電賣場最受歡迎的中國市場，最近百思買很受冷落。歐美式家電連鎖賣場在中國市場能不能生存下來，萬得城或將是試金石之一。該名人士表示。

此外，據了解，日本最大的家電連鎖巨頭山田電機，位于沈陽繁華商圈的中國市場1號店，目前也已經進入開業前準備階段。某日系家電制造商中國區白色家電業務負責人表示：前期談判很不順利，條件非常苛刻。最后，山田電機動用了日本國內影響力，逼迫日本總公司答應其談判條件，使得我們非常被動。

全國電商聯秘書處負責人表示：今年年末，或許會出現兩大外來家電零售巨頭中國市場第1店同期開業，三大外來巨頭齊聚中國市場的局面。

該負責人表示：1996年進入中國市場的麥德龍，其旗下34個城市43家門店家電產品倉儲式陳列及會員制銷售，目前已經獲得相當數量的酒店餐飲、商貿及企業等大宗采購忠誠顧客群，并與國內外供應商建立了基于全球供應鏈合作的長期供應合作關系。而百思買則同樣共享了其全球供應鏈資源及其旗下五星電器供應商合作資源。相比較而言，山田電機則在日系上游供應商資源方面，具備先天性優勢。相比較本土家電零售商而言，三大外來巨頭在供應鏈資源方面，并不遜色。

關鍵還是在于賣場設計、商品陳列、現場服務及售后客服等經營模式方面的比拼。當蘇寧、五星、國美、永樂等將歐美式賣場風格，作為其向高端門店進化的方向時，無疑給外來巨頭樹起一塊活廣告。此外，勸購式消費下的人海戰術，也越來越受制于上游制造商派遣促銷員成本限制，加之消費者自主選購意識不斷增強，本土家電連鎖巨頭內耗戰等因素，即將上演的中外家電連鎖巨頭第一次大會戰，誰將成為最終的贏家，必將充滿諸多的變數。他最后表示。
